We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales strategy, client acquisition, and a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services
Develop and execute lead generation strategies through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and events
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions
Pitch services including:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
PPC / Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Social Media Marketing
Content Marketing & Branding
Prepare proposals, presentations, and competitive pricing strategies
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
Track sales pipeline, performance, and forecasting using CRM tools
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications




5+ years of experience in business development/sales in a digital marketing agency or related industry
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
Knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising ecosystems
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Robust networking and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and sales funnels
Existing client base or strong industry connections
