Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience
Incentives: Additional performance-based sales incentives
Probation Period: Initial 6 months

Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Graduate; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
Freshers with robust sales potential may apply.
Preferred experience: 1–10 years in travel-product sales.
Experience in selling flights, hotels, holiday packages, MICE, and other travel services.
Corporate/B2B sales experience and client acquisition skills are essential.
Proven sales track record with the ability to achieve monthly targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Sell corporate travel solutions, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and MICE.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




Build a strong corporate client database and sales pipeline.
Explore recent business opportunities and expand the company's corporate customer base.
Maintain regular sales reports and follow up with prospective clients.
Contribute directly to the company's revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements

Solid networking and business-development abilities.
Capable of working independently and delivering measurable results.
Existing corporate contacts and a proven record of closing deals will be an advantage.
Must be committed to achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
