We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business prospects.
Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
Negotiate and close business deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain records of sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and business development abilities.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
