Role Description:

This is a full time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Kolkata. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.

The role includes conducting market research to understand client needs, presenting tailored advertising and marketing solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

The individual will collaborate closely with account management, creative,



and media teams to ensure client objectives are met and campaigns are delivered effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve tracking sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts, representing the company at meetings and industry events, and providing feedback to leadership on market trends and growth strategies.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within advertising, or related industries.
Solid skills in client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement
Comfort working closely with creative, media, and digital teams and understanding advertising, PR, and digital marketing services.
Experience using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and standard office software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Prior experience in the Kolkata market or similar metropolitan markets is preferred.
