Role Description

As a Co-Founder with Investment at Kikfat Naturals, you will play a key leadership role in shaping strategy, driving revenue and scaling the business. This full-time, in office chance in Bengaluru is for an entrepreneurial partner who brings both investment and hands-on business-building expertise.

Responsibilities include developing sales and marketing strategies, expanding corporate sales and B2B partnerships, growing HoReCa and home-baker channels, scaling D2C and e-commerce, strengthening brand positioning, supporting fundraising and investor relations,



and overseeing key business operations. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO to build a scalable consumer wellness company.

Qualifications
Investment capacity and a genuine commitment to an active co-founder role.
Strong business development, sales and partnership-building skills.
Experience in FMCG, food and beverages, D2C, e-commerce or consumer brands.
Knowledge of clean-label products, monk fruit sweeteners, wellness or better-for-you food is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, communication, marketing and strategic decision-making skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality and a long-term vision for business growth.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate closely with the founding team.

Equity participation will be discussed based on investment, experience, responsibilities and strategic contribution.
