We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities for our commercial and building development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site execution.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Review AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, measurements, and material requirements.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and construction costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable building regulations.
Resolve technical issues and prepare regular site progress reports.
Ensure timely completion of construction work.
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in commercial buildings and large-scale construction projects preferred.
Solid knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, site supervision, and project execution.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
