Key Responsibilities Follow up with students and parents regarding pending fees and outstanding payments. Make regular calls and send reminders to ensure timely fee payments. Inform students and parents about fee deadlines, pending dues, and payment procedures. Maintain accurate records of fee payments, outstanding balances, and collection activities. Coordinate with the accounts and admission teams regarding fee-related matters. Monitor overdue fees and ensure regular follow-ups. Prepare daily and weekly fee collection reports. Address fee-related queries and guide students and parents through payment procedures. Maintain proper documentation of all collection activities. Work towards achieving assigned fee collection targets. Communicate politely and professionally with students and parents.

Qualifications & Experience Education:



Graduate in any discipline preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in fee collection, educational institutions, payment follow-ups, or a related field. Language: Positive command of Hindi; basic English communication skills preferred.

Preferred Candidate • Must be comfortable making regular follow-up calls to students and parents. • Should be disciplined, responsible, and skilled. • Must be capable of managing multiple follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
