Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a full time, on-site role based in Nashik. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling volunteers for various programs and initiatives. The coordinator will design and deliver volunteer training, provide ongoing guidance, and support volunteers to ensure effective engagement and retention.

Daily tasks include maintaining volunteer records, coordinating communication, organizing community outreach activities, and collaborating with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with organizational goals. The role also involves monitoring volunteer performance, gathering feedback, and continuously improving volunteer programs and processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills.




Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Candidates should possess experience in Community Outreach and engagement activities.
Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple volunteer initiatives simultaneously.
Solid documentation, record-keeping, and basic data management skills.
Experience in education, nonprofit, training, or community-based programs is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, management, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and uphold inclusive practices.
