Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and project managers.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Ensure construction activities are completed within the planned schedule.
Check site measurements and assist with quantity calculations and material requirements.
Maintain daily site progress reports and other relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and quality standards.
Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Assist in material planning,
resource allocation, and project execution.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of civil construction methods and engineering drawings.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations, if required.
Ability to work effectively in a site-based workplace.
