Assign and track sales leads to the respective Sales Consultants.

Coordinate vehicle test drives and customer appointments.
Ensure all customer interactions are accurately updated in the CRM system.
Monitor lead ageing and ensure prompt follow-up by the sales team.
Collect customer feedback after vehicle delivery and maintain customer satisfaction records.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales activity reports.
Assist in planning customer engagement activities, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company data protection policies.
Support customer retention initiatives and encourage repeat vehicle purchases and referrals.
