What you’ll do
Talk to our clients on calls, WhatsApp, and email, and help them with their questions
Help recent clients get started with the StockWiz app
Solve app or setup issues over AnyDesk or Google Meet
Update client details and call notes in our CRM
Handle support tickets and follow them up until they’re resolved
Work with our Sales and internal teams to keep clients happy
Who we’re looking for
Graduate in any stream (final-year students waiting for results can also apply)
Good spoken Hindi and English
Comfortable on calls and basic computer work
Interest in the stock market is a plus.
Not required, we will train you.
Must live in Jodhpur or be able to travel to the office daily
