Key Responsibilities
Lead overall construction execution and project management activities.
Manage project planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, resources, and timelines.
Oversee billing, BOQ, measurements, RA Bills, and quantity verification.
Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Resolve technical and site execution issues effectively.
Mandatory Requirements
Hands-on experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structure projects Mandatory
Solid knowledge of Planning, Billing, Quality Control IS Codes
Robust coordination and team management skills
