We are looking for a Customer Relations (CR) Executive to manage customer interactions, collect feedback, handle complaints, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make customer follow-up calls and collect feedback regarding sales and service experiences.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery and servicing.
Maintain customer feedback records and complaint registers.
Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer concerns.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned manager.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM software regularly.
Monitor customer satisfaction and support improvement in customer experience.
Prepare daily and monthly customer feedback and complaint reports.
Maintain qualified communication and build positive customer relationships.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer relations or customer handling, preferably in an automobile dealership.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong telephone etiquette and complaint-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Valuable coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
