Role & Responsibilities
Lead anesthesia care for complex, high-acuity surgical cases across general, orthopedic, gynecological, and ENT specialties.
Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, risk stratify patients, and tailor anesthetic plans using ASA classifications.
Manage intraoperative monitoring, hemodynamic stability, and emergency resuscitation including ACLS protocols.
Oversee post-anesthesia recovery, manage pain control, and mitigate complications like PONV or respiratory depression.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses,



and intensivists to optimize patient flow and perioperative safety standards.
Participate in departmental audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement of anesthesia pathways.
