Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
Prepare detailed project schedules and Gantt charts covering all stages of construction.
Track planned versus actual progress and identify project delays.
Update Gantt charts regularly and communicate progress to management and clients.
Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, critical activities, and dependencies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Ensure construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved specifications.
Monitor material consumption, site measurements, BOQs, and billing quantities.
Identify bottlenecks and prepare recovery plans to bring delayed activities back on schedule.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project management teams.





Required Skills and Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5–8 years of relevant civil construction experience preferred.
Robust hands-on experience in construction planning and site execution.
Proven ability to prepare and explain Gantt charts independently.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project or Primavera P6.
Knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.
Valuable understanding of BOQs, estimation, billing, and construction drawings.
Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
