Key Responsibilities:
Drive recent business development for the Wire Harness division with automotive and non-automotive OEMs.
Identify and acquire new OEM customers, projects, and business opportunities.
Manage and grow existing OEM accounts, ensuring strong relationships and business continuity.
Handle the complete business development cycle enquiry, RFQ, costing, quotation, negotiation, sampling, development, approval, and order conversion.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Quality, PPC, Production, and Commercial teams for timely execution of customer requirements.
Develop and maintain a robust OEM sales pipeline and regularly track business opportunities and conversions.
Conduct customer visits, understand technical/commercial requirements, and identify opportunities for business expansion and cross-selling.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, volumes, and annual business agreements with customers.
Track competitor activity, market trends,



and new OEM/project opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-up for orders, deliveries, payments, and customer issues.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development MIS for management.

Key Skills:
Strong experience in OEM sales/business development especially in wire harness segment
Knowledge of automotive wire harnesses, connectors, terminals, cables, and related components
Excellent customer relationship, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong commercial and analytical understanding
Proven ability to generate recent business and manage key accounts
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits

Preferred: Candidates with established relationships with automotive OEMs, EV OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or industrial OEMs will be preferred.
