Orane International is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Manager to manage the overall operations of our centre in varanasi.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day centre operations.
Lead and manage centre staff and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive admissions, sales and revenue targets.
Handle student/customer queries and grievances.
Monitor centre performance and prepare regular reports.
Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality.
Coordinate with the corporate office and concerned departments.
Maintain discipline, processes and overall centre standards.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Center Manager/Branch Manager role.
Candidates from the Beauty & Wellness, Education, Salon, Spa or related industry will be preferred.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
