Role & responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, Factory Act requirements and statutory regulations.
Ensure State wise Pollution Control Board compliance as per Factory Act.
Ensure Core Contractual Compliance Deliverables.
Lead customer, social compliance, environmental and third-party audits.
Drive implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other certifications.
Monitor audit findings and ensure timely closure through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, recycling, resource efficiency and zero-landfill practices.
Conduct compliance risk assessments, develop SOPs and maintain audit trackers and compliance dashboards.
Partner with Plant Heads and cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance standards across manufacturing locations.

Preferred candidate profile One who is handling overall factory compliances of multiple manufacturing plants.
