We are looking for an experienced and motivated Client Onboarding Executive to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience and be fluent in English communication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client onboarding and guide clients through the onboarding process.
Communicate with prospective and existing clients through calls and other channels.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain robust relationships with clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM/MIS regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for successful client onboarding.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle clients professionally.
