We are looking for a qualified with solid client communication and exception-handling skills to support Workspend operations for a client. The role involves managing email communications and resolving queries from client stakeholders, including Group Heads and their Direct Reports (DRs).
Key Responsibilities
Manage client queries and email communications professionally and promptly.
Handle exceptions, escalations, and non-standard requests effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high standards of accuracy and service quality.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in client stakeholder management and exception handling.
Solid problem-solving, prioritization,
and follow-up skills.
Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.
