We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our e-commerce process in Gurgaon. Candidates will assist customers with order-related queries, delivery updates, returns, refunds, cancellations, and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
Assist with order tracking, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain customer records and meet service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Experience Requirements
Freshers: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Experienced: 6 months to 3 years in customer service, BPO, or e-commerce support preferred.
