Badiya Brand is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to handle client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain robust client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams.
Follow up on project progress and timely delivery.
Collect client feedback and resolve queries.
Maintain client relationships and support client retention.
Identify referral opportunities and potential business leads.
Attend client meetings and field visits when required.
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
Experience in client servicing or digital marketing is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
