We are looking for a friendly and communicative Counselling Agent to guide potential customers or students, understand their requirements, explain available services, and help them make informed decisions. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with students or potential customers through calls and in-person meetings.
Understand individual needs and provide suitable guidance.
Explain available courses, services, plans, or programs.
Follow up with inquiries and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Support lead generation and conversion activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid listening and counselling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Confidence in handling calls and customer inquiries.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
