Responsibilities
Prepare and present continental dishes including pasta, burgers, sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, and café specials.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Manage inventory and minimize food wastage.
Contribute new recipe ideas and menu innovations.
Work efficiently during busy service hours.
Requirements
1+ year experience in a continental kitchen or café.
Knowledge of continental cooking techniques and food presentation.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Passion for food, creativity, and teamwork.
