Graduation mandatory (any stream)
Minimum 1 year of experience
Social media customer support experience required
Immediate joiners preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.
Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customers.
Work in rotational shifts as required.
