Job Summary

Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar is hiring passionate and skilled Commis Chefs for its outlet in Faridabad, Haryana. Candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of their respective cuisine section, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking dishes in the assigned kitchen section.
Perform mise en place and ensure all ingredients are ready for service.
Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food items.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Minimize food wastage and ensure productive use of ingredients.




Coordinate with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and other kitchen team members.
Follow kitchen SOPs and instructions from senior chefs.

Candidate Requirements
Candidates with experience in Indian, Tandoor, Chinese, or Continental cuisine can apply.
Relevant experience as a Commis 1 or Commis 2 in a restaurant, hotel, café, or lounge is preferred.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Ability to work in shifts and manage responsibilities in a quick-paced environment.
Teamwork, discipline, and a willingness to learn are essential.
