Handle customer queries related to car loan applications, including pre-approvals and disbursement.
Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursal within TAT.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Credit) for seamless processing of loans.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
