Shift: US Night Shift

Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational week-offs

Salary
In-Hand: ₹24,900 – ₹33,700 per month
Gross: ₹28,000 – ₹37,500 per month
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
Assist customers with service-related concerns and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and follow process guidelines.
Ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working night shifts.

HSC and Graduate freshers are welcome.
