Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager to handle end-to-end digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with solid ownership of paid ad campaign strategy and performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing – End to End
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies across channels.
Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions through digital platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Manage digital marketing calendars, content planning, and campaign timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and own paid advertising strategies across platforms such as:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (if applicable)
Plan campaign structures, targeting, budgets, creatives,



and bidding strategies.
Continuously optimize ads for performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Prepare detailed performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations.

SEO, Content & Performance Marketing
Oversee SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
Collaborate on content marketing initiatives to support organic growth.
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Manager.
Robust hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns end to end.
Solid understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-focused campaigns.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
