Role & responsibilities
Handle customer queries via Chat, Email, and Calls regarding beauty and personal care products.
Assist customers with product information, ingredients, usage instructions, and product recommendations.
Resolve concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, refunds, and damaged products.
Guide customers on skincare, hair care, wellness, and beauty product selections based on their needs.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, E-commerce, Retail, Beauty, Cosmetic, or Wellness Industry preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Positive typing speed and multitasking ability.
Robust customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Passion for beauty, skincare, hair care, and wellness products will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
