We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, provide order-related assistance, and ensure a smooth customer experience for our e-commerce clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Support e-commerce operations by managing order-related queries and return requests.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach in all communications.
Requirements & Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
Patience, a positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, or other marketplaces is an advantage.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and customer support tools is a plus.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
