Responsible for people management and development of center team
Drive collaboration with Centers to support profitability and operational activities in the center
Take full and sole accountability for Projects P&L;, Mobilization, Training, placements, operations & Quality.
On-board all College as per allotted cluster to the processes and policies of EduBridge, and ensure they are followed
Grow and develop the business/Partnership
Collaborate with the team during the business planning process
Manage onboarded college and create development plans to support program delivery
Encourage collaboration and resolve the conflicts between the team (if any)
