Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage online marketing activities, generate quality property leads, improve brand visibility, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial property sales.
Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
Create and coordinate property-related creatives, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Manage website updates, landing pages, SEO, and Google Business Profile.
Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities,



and campaign effectiveness.
Optimise advertising budgets to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimisation.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet lead-generation targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated.
Cost per lead (CPL) and lead conversion rate.
Advertising campaign performance and ROAS.
Website traffic and social media engagement.
Timely execution of campaigns and marketing reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
