Job Purpose To drive secondary sales by visiting retail outlets, generating orders, ensuring product availability and visibility, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets as per the daily beat plan.
Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure product availability and merchandising at retail outlets.
Develop current retail outlets and maintain robust customer relationships.
Communicate company schemes and promotional activities to retailers.
Coordinate with the distributor for timely order fulfillment.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
Qualifications & Skills
Plus Two or Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of FMCG sales experience preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
