What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone who enjoys content, cameras, people and current ideas.

You will help us
Create Reels, short videos, interviews and workplace content
Capture employee stories, behind-the-scenes moments and company culture
Write easy captions, hooks and social media posts
Edit short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut or similar
Experiment with trends, new formats and AI-assisted content ideas
Support LinkedIn, Instagram, website and digital campaigns
Work with marketing and other teams to turn ideas into engaging content
Track what content performs well and suggest improvements

You’ll Fit Well If You
Enjoy talking to people and are comfortable around a camera
Like Instagram, Reels,



short-form content and digital trends
Can come up with creative ideas instead of waiting for detailed instructions
Have basic video editing, design or copywriting skills
Are curious, confident and open to trying new things
Have valuable communication skills and attention to detail

Students or recent graduates from marketing, communications, media, journalism, design, life sciences or related fields are welcome to apply.
