and assisting them with healthcare insurance-related queries.
Candidates will be expected to provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Handle inbound international calls from US-based healthcare members/customers.
Assist customers with queries related to:
Healthcare insurance
Claims
Eligibility
Policy details
Coverage and benefits
Payments
Deductibles
Prior authorizations
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare policies and advantages.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and follow applicable HIPAA guidelines.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Meet defined quality, productivity and customer-service targets.
Stay updated with process, system and policy changes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
