What You Will Do:
Independently manage complex employee relations cases.
Conduct workplace investigations.
Partner with leaders and HRBPs on grievance management and disciplinary actions.
Provide guidance on employment laws and compliance.
Maintain investigation records and documentation.
Support employee advocacy and workplace culture initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
8+ years of Human Resources experience with significant expertise in Employee Relations.
Solid experience in investigations, grievance management, and compliance.
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR governance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
