Role & responsibilities :
Design landscape for a given project.
Prepare all kinds of presentations as well as working and detailed drawings.
Prepare green building certification / EC drawings.
Provide recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.
Prepare block estimates, Presentation Drawing.
Communicate with all the concerned persons/organizations involved to keep the project on scheduled track.
Give presentations.
Liaisoning with Government / Non-Government clients for respective projects.
Prepare & check all kinds of drawings (design, design development, working drawings, presentations, etc.).
Overseeing projects as they progress.
Visiting the site (in / out of station) for checking execution / meetings as and when required.
Work Location: Pune.
Preferred candidate profile : B. Arch /M. Arch- Landscape with more than 10 years of experience
