– Electrical Maintenance ManagerKey Responsibilities
Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment.
Ensure reliable operation of HT/LT panels, transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, MCCs, PCCs, UPS, and DG sets.
Minimize equipment breakdowns and improve plant uptime and reliability.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and annual shutdown activities.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring failures.
Ensure electrical safety, LOTO, permit-to-work, earthing, and statutory compliance.
Monitor power consumption, power factor, maximum demand, and energy-saving initiatives.
Manage electrical maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractors.
Lead, train, and supervise electrical engineers, technicians, and contract manpower.
Coordinate with Production, Utilities,



Instrumentation, Projects, and EHS departments.
Maintain electrical drawings, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, including breakdown downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance.

Qualification and Experience
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
8–15 years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience.
Robust knowledge of industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
Experience with SAP PM / CMMS and electrical safety standards.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
