Position: Dipping Supervisor

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical, Textiles, Mechanical, or Petrochemical Engineering

Experience: 4 to 10 years

Remarks: Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred

Key Skills and Accountabilities
Solid interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
A technical mindset with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Solid data analysis skills to resolve abnormalities in Dipping, along with mathematical skills for Production Planning and Execution.
Carry out process parameter changes during style or customer changes.
Ensure process conditions strictly adhere to QCPC.
Organize manpower and resources to run the machines smoothly.
Maintain accurate production and process records.
Attend to machine breakdowns in coordination with service departments.
Execute scheduled activities according to the production plan.
