ROJMARG is looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing service-related information, following up with customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about company services.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team.
Maintain customer records and update information in the company database.
Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
Meet daily performance and customer service targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or customer support will be an advantage.
