Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT qualified to manage and enhance corporate websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, and portals. The role involves end-to-end application project management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, digital transformation, and ensuring effective application support and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate websites, mobile applications, portals, and digital experience solutions.
Lead application enhancements, recent feature development, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
Gather business requirements and coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors for implementation.
Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, deployment, release management, and ongoing application support.
Oversee CMS platforms, application incidents, change requests, SLAs, and performance monitoring.
Drive process standardisation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement across business functions.
Ensure compliance with digital governance,



cybersecurity, and application support standards.

UI/UX principles and customer experience solutions.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree; Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
7–10 years of relevant experience in IT, Digital Applications, Digital Transformation, or related domains.
Proven experience managing websites, mobile applications, portals, or enterprise digital platforms.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, application development coordination, and end-to-end implementation.
Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.
Willingness to travel globally as required.
