We seek a highly organized Executive Assistant to streamline daily operations, support leadership, and ensure seamless cross-functional coordination across teams.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics for senior leadership.
Act as the central point of contact between departments—operations, logistics, sales, and finance—to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
Prepare and distribute internal briefings, agendas, minutes, and status reports for leadership meetings.
Track and monitor key operational deliverables, timelines, and action items across departments.
Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and documentation management for compliance and audit readiness.




Support ad-hoc projects including data collation, presentation prep, and process documentation for efficiency improvements.
