We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product cataloging, inventory updates, order processing, and sales performance for our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing, and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms.
Handle marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Support promotional campaigns, marketplace offers, and other e-commerce activities.
Maintain accurate product data and ensure timely catalog updates.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience managing the Myntra and other marketplace.
Solid knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling multiple e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
