Role & responsibilities
Deliver measurable rental savings through rent renegotiations, concessions, waivers, and optimization of rentals at underperforming stores.
Maintain effective landlord relationships and resolve disputes while protecting business interests.
Achieve commercially viable waivers or reductions against eligible rental escalations through proactive negotiations.
Resolve property-related store issues within agreed timelines and minimize operational disruption.
Identify contractual risks and coordinate with Legal to resolve complex landlord and lease-related matters.
Effectively manage landlord accounts with robust prioritization, follow-up, and execution discipline.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
3–7 years of experience in Retail / Property Acquisition / Relationship Management/ Real Estate
Solid local corporate network and relationship-building ability
A proactive and solution-driven mindset with robust communication and negotiation skills
