Required Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred. CMA, CPA, or an equivalent skilled qualification may also be considered.
Approximately
15–20 years of overall finance experience

, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
Robust experience in IT services, IT consulting, digital engineering, technology services, or a similar project-based business.
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, cash flow, working capital, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proven experience managing project and client profitability, revenue assurance, commercial finance, and contract economics.
Experience in multinational organizations, global delivery models, or multi-entity finance operations is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, income tax, transfer pricing, and applicable corporate regulations.
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI.
