Job Requirements
Handle incoming material inspection and quality assurance activities for bought-out components and supplier parts.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and process requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for supplier quality issues.
Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, production, and engineering teams for quality improvements.
Maintain and monitor rejection trends, supplier performance, and quality documentation.
Lead containment actions for non-conforming materials and ensure timely closure.
Work on supplier audits, process validations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective implementation of quality systems and adherence to plant quality procedures.
Generate and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and MIS through SAP.




Support new product development and localization activities from the quality perspective.

Work Experience
Robust knowledge of Receipt Quality / Incoming Quality processes.
Valuable communication skills as involve with supplier for analysis inhouse & customer defects
Hands-on experience in SAP related to quality and material management modules.
Positive understanding of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, RCA, FMEA, and VPPAP.
Knowledge of engine / genset components and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers.
