To handle customer enquiries, coordinate diagnostic test bookings, promote healthcare services, and ensure excellent patient experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to pathology tests, radiology services, and health packages.
Schedule diagnostic appointments and coordinate home sample collection.
Provide accurate information regarding test prices, preparation instructions, and service availability.
Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with diagnostic centres, laboratories, and phlebotomy teams.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain call records, booking details, and daily MIS reports.
Achieve assigned calling, booking conversion, and sales targets.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow company policies and service standards.
