Shift - 5:00 PM TO 2:00 PM (Night shift)

Location - Pune

Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define business priorities and analytics requirements.
Manage analytics projects, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery of insights.
Analyze operational, member experience, campaign, complaint, survey, and voice analytics data.
Conduct studies on member effort, repeat calls, complaints, and campaign effectiveness.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track business performance.
Build and interpret predictive models, segmentation, and trend analyses.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Support campaign targeting, performance measurement, and optimization.
Collaborate with data, technology, operations, and product teams to validate findings and implement recommendations.
Provide expertise in member experience, statistical analytics, NLP, and voice analytics.
Monitor performance trends, emerging risks, and improvement prospects.

Qualifications
8+ years in advanced analytics, business intelligence, data science,



or related fields.
5+ years in healthcare, member/customer experience, or service operations analytics.
8+ years of stakeholder consulting and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
5+ years leading strategic analytics projects and portfolios.
Expertise in KPI frameworks, dashboards, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting.
3+ years in voice/speech analytics, NLP, and text analytics.
Robust experience in campaign analytics, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management, business acumen, data storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
