We are looking for a Dispatch/Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring timely movement of materials, proper inventory control, and smooth coordination with internal teams, transporters, and vendors. Will have to travel to Mumbai,Pune,Hyderabad & Bangalore locations (Rarely)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse, dispatch, loading and unloading operations.
Manage inward and outward movement of materials and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure accurate stock,



inventory and material reconciliation.
Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
Prepare and maintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans and MIS reports.
Ensure proper packing, labelling and handling of materials.
Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety and security standards.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and other teams for dispatch requirements.
Track deliveries and resolve delays, shortages or discrepancies.
Supervise warehouse/dispatch staff and allocate daily work.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse processes.
